May 19, 2010 - Funny elsewhere sure, but here and when Tyrone Power was mystery guest (see that posting) just plain annoying. Sorry WC fans, I would have been tempted to grab him by his dumbass ear and dragged him off the set.

Aug 21, 2010 - i saw brando (on johnny, maybe?) say that he kept wally's ashes with him and that he spoke to him nightly. so. brando said it, in public, on television. yeah. up late carson would have been the ONLY thing to watch. back then. okay, the thing is that i'm not sure on which show he said it, positively, but i know he said it. cavett? jeez.

Sep 24, 2010 - Shit he does a perfect Brando impression. Hard to believe they were best friends since they were like 8 yrs. old. Too bad Cox was an alcoholic.

Nov 19, 2010 - If you watch tony randall archive interview which i afraid is rather long i think its in part 2 tony talks about wally cox saying that wally would have been happier doing something other than acting.

Mar 13, 2011 - "Mr. Peepers" was a wonderful show, with Tony Randall and Marian Lorne in the cast. The scripts were subtle and cerebral with a lot left between the lines. It was all very gentle.

Apr 24, 2011 - Wally Cox and Marlon Brando were room mates. Strange combo. Wally Cox died at age 48. So young. Apparently he was quite athletic and strong, inspite of his geeky appearance.

Jan 2, 2012 - I knew Wally Cox wasn't going to have a chance of stumping the panel on this show before I even clicked on this clip :)

May 4, 2012 - Wally Cox was actual a gymnast with an awesome body -- he was also better looking than he portrayed himself to be -- he was also Brando's boyfriend and he got around. Sounds crazy I know, but its all true. Tthe whole nerd thing was an act -- he was a hot gay commodity in his time

May 5, 2012 - ColumbiaPerna said: "Wally Cox was actual a gymnast with an awesome body -- he was also better looking than he portrayed himself to be -- he was also Brando's boyfriend and he got around. Sounds crazy I know, but its all true." The only way you could know it's true is if you witnessed the two men performing a sexual act. All we know for sure is that Marlon Brando and Wally Cox shared a New York City apartment before either of them made a lot of money from acting.

streetfighter05ful mowi:

May 5, 2012 - It's also a fact that Marlon Brando fathered many children with different women. One source says he and Jack Nicholson had a gay affair while filming "The Missouri Breaks." That's not reliable. Nicholson never has commented on it. Another source says Wally Cox spent a lot of money on Los Angeles prostitutes during his stint on "Hollywood Squares." That's also a possible fantasy. Does ColumbiaPerna know what the Screen Actors Guild is ? The truth lies within that place.

GregWn mowi:

May 6, 2012 - He was seen in the company of Marilyn Monroe. Anyone know if he was one of her many lovers?

streetfighter05ful mowi:

May 6, 2012 - No way of knowing if Wally and Marilyn ever had an affair. We know she approved him as one of her co-stars in "Something's Got to Give." We know she filmed two scenes with him before Twentieth Century Fox fired her from the as-yet-unfinished film. We know Marilyn reported for work on time on May 31, 1962. That day she and Wally filmed a scene inside the shoe store where his character worked. She did some business where her character had trouble squeezing into a shoe that was too tight.

streetfighter05ful mowi:

May 6, 2012 - We know on the next day, June 1, 1962. Marilyn reported for work on time on the Fox lot. We know she, Wally and Dean Martin filmed a scene in which Dean's character questioned the other two about the time they had spent together on a deserted island. She can be heard laughing heartily in that scene. After a full day's work, the cast and crew gave Marilyn a birthday celebration. She and her limo driver gave Wally a ride home. A photograph of them seated inside the car can be found in Goddess

streetfighter05ful mowi:

May 6, 2012 - We know Marilyn and her limo driver took Wally Cox to his home in Los Angeles. The driver then transported her to Dodger Stadium where she pitched the first ball at a Dodgers game. A chorus of children sang "Happy Birthday" to her. We know Marilyn never reported to the Twentieth Century Fox lot again. The studio announced a week after that last day of filming that it was firing Marilyn and replacing her with Lee Remick. We don't know much more than that. Armchair shrinks take it from there
