Sep 12, 2011 - They actually stopped asking Cyndi to sing it for many many years because she changed it around to her own version so many times that the public started getting angry about it so for a long time she never got to sing it. Was really great to have her back to sing it only to make a mistake. It's not that she made it, it's that after being banned from singing it, it would have been great for her to have a good come back with the song!

I think it is unforgivable to mess up with the National Anthem we sing all the time since we were kids, but... there has been a lot of people who sang it worst.
