Feb 21, 2012 - happened to me too but i managed to fix it! Look up on youtube for how to do a maintance and open the case, then you can pull out the button and replace it after you scratch the edges of the button's plaxe! Just try it, mine worked just fine after that

Mar 11, 2012 - I got this iPod nano for Christmas 2011. 6 months later the button got stuck! I called Apple and they replaced it free of charge because it was still on the warranty. 6 months later the same EXACT thing happened. My iPod is no longer on the warranty and can no longer be replaced as far as I know. But when I get time I'm going to the nearest Apple Store (which is about 45 mins away) to complain. And if they deny me a replacement or some kind of fix all hell is going to break loose.

Mar 11, 2012 - A continuation to my previous comment when my first iPod broke I called them and had no trouble at all getting it sent in and replaced (because it was still under warranty). All they had me do was drop it off at a UPS close to me and they did the rest. I was expecting to be without my iPod for 2-3 weeks but it was sent straight to my house not even 2 days later
